"His bedside manner is spot-on. He is kind, compassionate, and real. Dr. Greg will tell it like it is and keep it short and sweet, but he'll also take time to answer any questions you have. He won't ask you a million questions while there are instruments in your mouth. I always feel Dr. Greg is being honest with me, and I can be honest with him. This is especially important when it comes to me saying, ‘I'd LIKE to get that work done, but I just can't afford it right now.’ He won't push things on you unless it's absolutely necessary at that time to save your teeth.
“Dr. Greg’s receptionist, Angelika, is a sweetheart and has even gone the extra mile for me to talk to various insurance companies directly rather than me being the mixed-up middleman with confusing questions. The hygienists have all been gentle and nice, too, and there seems to be very little turnover of staff, which is always a positive sign. Dr. Greg’s office is clean and modern with nice window views, nothing feels rickety or outdated, and it is conveniently located two blocks up from Rosslyn Metro.
“Dr. LaVecchia’s whole practice has been trained in a special method to sedate high anxiety patients (like myself), and they will work with you if that is what you need... Emergency? No problem, they'll get you in! They even saw my boyfriend for an emergency although he had never previously seen them. Additionally, they offer CareCredit, which is like a credit card with no interest that allows you to pay for expensive procedures bit by bit rather than bankrupting yourself upfront.”
